Up until recently the Pali Lookout was completely free for both residents and visitors alike, however, that recently has changed.Norwegian Cruise line announced today that as a result of “unprecedented year-too-date increases in bookings” they will be raising the price on the Pride of America 7% on April 2, 2010.
